TPPC has changed its pension payment service provider to CIBC Mellon.

This is a reminder that effective today, May 1, 2025, we have changed our pension payment provider from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to CIBC Mellon.

All pensioners were sent a letter in the mail advising of this transition. As previously communicated, this transition occurred automatically and required no action on your part. Your first pension payment from CIBC Mellon will be deposited on May 15, 2025.

You will receive a statement by mail for your first pension payment from CIBC Mellon. Quarterly paper statements will no longer be mailed to you; however, if there is ever any change made to your payment amount, CIBC Mellon will send you a statement reflecting the updates. As always, you can access your pension information, including cheque stubs, anytime through your secure online account in myPENSION.
